Sylvester Manor Educational Farm is a 243-acre historic plantation and nonprofit educational farm on Shelter Island, NY, engaging all ages in farm-based and cultural programs.

The grounds and trails are open from dawn to dusk, April through October for your enjoyment.

Leashed dogs are allowed on the property and you must pick up after your dog.

Our public restrooms are open to all.

Check out online calendar and join us at one of our upcoming events.

Kids can check out the koi pond in the gardens, take a turn on the swing by the Manor House or simply walk the trails and take in the sights and sounds of nature that surround us in this magical place.

Check out our Farmstand to see our pigs and chickens that are part of our farm family!
