Sylvester Manor Educational Farm is a 243-acre historic plantation and nonprofit educational farm on Shelter Island, NY, engaging all ages in farm-based and cultural programs.

The Manor grounds are open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.– 4 p.m.
Leashed dogs are allowed on the property and you must pick up after your dog.

Our public restrooms are open to all.

The Manor House is not open to visitors except for scheduled private tours. Guided public tours are scheduled June – September. Please click here for dates and times.

Private House Tours are available starting April 15, 2018

Private guided tours are available on weekdays through November 14. Reservation required. Subject to availability.
A private tour is $150 for up to 5 people or $30 per person for groups of 6 or more.
