Shuck and Sing with Bennett Konesni at The 1901 Grill!
Friday, October 3 · 4:30–6:30 PM · Goat Hill
Spend an autumn evening alongside your local farmers, neighbors, and friends as we gather at the top of Goat Hill for Garlic Shucking with Sylvester Manor Co-Founder Bennett Konesni! Hosted by Sylvester Manor and The 1901 Grill, this lively community celebration combines music, laughter, and garlic shucking fun.
Your $40 ticket includes a drink, a tasty bite, and the chance to join friends (old and new!) in supporting the farmers of Sylvester Manor. A portion of every ticket goes directly to the farm—keeping this local treasure bursting with fresh produce, vibrant flowers, and buzzing pollinators all season long.
The evening features a special performance by Bennett, singing original works and traditional songs of field, forest, and sea, plus the spirited worksongs that tie food and music together in the most unforgettable way.
The celebration continues Saturday morning, October 4 (9 AM–12 PM), for Plant and Sing with Bennett—a hands-on, music-filled planting party to get next year’s garlic crop into the ground at Sylvester Manor Farm. Saturday’s event is free and open to all!
This is more than an event, it’s community, music, food, and farm life coming together!
