Green Bean Salad Recipe

Drop trimmed green beans into boiling water for a couple minutes then plunge into ice bath. Beans will still have a nice crunch to them. When beans are cool, add julienned tomato, seeds removed.

Dressing (sorry, I don't have quantities for this!):

chopped up garlic

chopped up parsley

dijon mustard 

red wine vinegar

soy sauce 

chopped up oregano 

fresh pepper

salt to taste

 

Toss. Chill. Serve.
