Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe

1 large egg or 2 small eggs

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup olive oil 

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Put it all in a mason jar, blend it with an immersion blender, and that’s it! If you don’t have an immersion blender you can do this with a regular blender or a food processor too.
